Our approach to your wellbeing is of a holistic nature, meaning rather than treating just the physical with a broad brushstroke, we look at you as a whole individual.
We take into account not only the physical but also the mental, emotional, and social factors - presenting in your life. We aim to find out what it is you want, need and hope for, then deliver it to you in a way that's achievable and just right for you.
Mindful Movement is a key to increased quality of life, therefore more joy in the day to day. When we make time to keep our bodies moving well, our mind often follows suit and we experience more energy, confidence, positive self talk and happiness in general. It's win-win.
We believe in balance and consistency, which means not being extreme. It means moving our bodies intuitively at a pace or in a way that supports longevity, practicality and self care, as well as strength and vitality.
Our studio and classes are small and personalised. Talia is known for her warmth, support, quality instruction and light hearted nature, making pilates not only good for you, but fun as well.

WHOLE BODY REFRORMER
Pilates is for everyone. Our small group equipment based classes are the perfect way to keep your body moving. Each class is a whole body workout aiming to strengthen, stretch, breathe and connect, and incorporates a short guided relaxation at the end of each class for some dedicated mindfulness.
Do you have ongoing niggles in the body that affect your ability to move functionally on a daily basis? Back pain, arthritis, knee/hip/shoulder related injuries that won't recover, weak pelvic floor, numbness in the feet etc? Our clinical pilates programs are designed specifically for each client and their needs, and are delivered with knowledge and support in a holistic manner.

Our services and classes are designed to support our two passions - the Perinatal period in a woman's life, as well as providing ongoing maintenance through movement - for those experiencing pain, physical limitations or even normal ageing related niggles. Classes are cosy with 4 people maximum so you get the attention necessary to gain proper mind-body awareness and better movement for you, as an individual. We are passionate about building a solid foundation for you to grow from, and encourage all clients to learn along the way. Pilates is a journey, not a destination.
Our special Pregnancy Reformer class is designed to help prepare a woman physically for birthing her baby, as well as for the physical demands a new mumma requires once baby arrives. With a focus on strengthening legs, hips and glutes for a solid foundation and endurance for active birth, as well as arms, shoulders and upper back for all the lifting and carrying that comes with motherhood. These reformer classes offer the perfect workout in the safest and most effective way, under close
observation and with care.
MUMS & BUBS
We know how hard it can be to get out of the house with a new baby and encourage you to bring yours along to pilates with you. Our studio is a judgement free space and crying/feeding/settling or even having to leave mid class if things aren't flowing for you, are all completely fine and welcomed. We are passionate about supporting post natal care and these classes offer not only the gentle exercise you need to regain strength, and pelvic floor function, but connection to other like-minded new mothers too.
PRIVATE MOTHER'S GROUP REFORMER PILATES
Love the idea of doing Reformer Pilates but can never seem to make it to a class time that suits? Or baby's routine makes it tricky to get your exercise in, but you are really needing it? Or are you and your mother's group always looking for new places to gather and connect? We offer Private Mothers Group Reformer Pilates for 3 or more mums who agree upon a regular weekly time slot outside our schedule. A great way to keep connected to your group, get your exercise in and have fun doing it! *minimum of 4 consecutive weeks
SERVICES & PACKAGES
Birth and Post Partum Doulas are becoming more and more sought out after overwhelming evidence supports their positive effect on pregnancy, childbirth and post partum wellbeing for our mothers. The role of a birth doula is to provide a woman with non-medical, physical and emotional support during this period, to bring her confidence, knowledge and help her feel empowered throughout this transition, trusting the process however that looks. It's a very personalised service and we offer several packages to find the one
that suits best.
CLINICAL STUDIO PILATES
Do you have ongoing niggles or physical limitations in the body that affect your ability to move well? Back pain, arthritis, knee/hip/shoulder related injuries, weak pelvic floor, numbness in the feet or even just normal ageing related issues like reduced cartilage, poor posture or poor circulation? Our clinical pilates programs are designed for each client and their own specific needs, according to the postural and movement assessment we complete in our first session. Each session has a maximum of 4 clients working on their own programs under close and hands-on instruction from a movement professional.
One of the most effective ways to make great progress with your movement goals is to do regular private, or semi-private sessions, with a hands on and highly experienced instructor. Each session is tailored specifically for the individual so your quality of exercise and movement is optimum. These sessions are full of value and are ideal for those who like to know they are not only just working out and 'doing the movements', but that they are moving well and with good form. Feel the difference these sessions make to your strength, mobility, core, pelvic floor, stress levels, energy, clarity and even mood!
